Pay per right answer.
Seats are cheap so everyone can ask. You pay when a question gets a receipted answer, and model tokens pass through at cost.

The guarantee
Credited the moment we did not deliver.
A thread that fails, or ran fewer than 80% evidence-backed queries, is credited without you asking.
90% precision on the graded questions we froze together, trailing 30 days. Between 80% and 90%, a 25 to 50% credit on that month's outcome fees. Below 80%, a full refund of them. Model tokens pass through at cost and are never refunded.
FAQ
The fine print, in plain words.
Annual billing. Month-to-month at a 25% premium.
Why not just per seat?
Value is created when a business question gets a correct, cited answer and when a model stays true, not when someone logs in. Every plan includes seats and an added seat is $10, so everyone who needs a number can have one.
What counts as a successful thread?
A thread that ended in a receipted answer: a governed query ran on your warehouse and you received the result with its evidence. Clarifying questions, failures, your data team's own tuning threads, repeats within 24 hours, and answers you flag as wrong within seven days are never billed.
What is an integration week?
A SignalPilot engineer on your schema, no data leaving: the dbt project fixed, evals written, the knowledge base seeded, the nightly run wired.
What does Managed add?
A SignalPilot engineer runs the weekly loop, thumbs-downs are reviewed within one business day, and the 90% precision guarantee applies.
