Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the SignalPilot Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Service under your account. We may suspend use that violates it, as described in the Terms.

Your data and systems

• Connect only warehouses, repositories and tools that you are authorized to access, and give SignalPilot only the access you intend it to have.
• Do not use the Service with data you have no right to process, or in a way that breaks a contract or a duty of confidentiality.
• Unless we have signed a separate written agreement that permits it, do not process protected health information (HIPAA), payment card data (PCI DSS), criminal justice information, or data classified by any government.

Security and the Service

• Do not try to bypass the Service's governance controls, query rules, sandboxes, rate limits, usage limits or billing.
• Do not access other customers' data, or non-public parts of the Service, or try to break out of an agent sandbox.
• Do not scan, probe or load-test the Service. If you find a vulnerability, report it in good faith to security@signalpilot.ai and give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it.
• Do not use agent sandboxes to mine cryptocurrency, send spam, run denial-of-service attacks, host malware, or connect to systems that you are not authorized to reach.
• Do not share API keys or accounts outside your organization, or resell the Service without our written consent.

AI use

Your use of SignalPilot's AI features must also follow the usage policies of our AI model providers, including Anthropic's Usage Policy. In particular:

• Do not use the Service to develop weapons, plan violence, exploit children, or carry out fraud, harassment or surveillance of individuals.
• Do not use Output as the only basis for decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, healthcare or legal status of individuals.
• Do not use the Service to generate content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not try to extract the Service's prompts or models, or use Output to train a competing AI model.

Lawful use

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including privacy, data protection, export control and sanctions laws.
